A lot of teachers (and students) like to spend the summer relaxing... but not music teacher, Mr Robson! After flying over to America, he performed in front of thousands on live TV before heading home and cycling 95 miles for charity!

Talented trumpeter, Mr Robson, was specially picked for the annual New York State Salvation Army Congress performance at the Old Orchid Beach in Boston. As well as performing with the band, Mr Robson also performed one solo act each night.

After arriving back in the UK, Mr Robson hopped on his bike and cycled from Berwick to Sunderland on a 95 mile bike ride for the Salvation Army playing his cornet in every town on the way.

Well done Mr Robson!
